Longomatch provides you with a dashboard, which is more focused on football by default, but you can create your own one to suit any sport.
To do so, follow these steps:
1. Go to ‘Dashboards’ and then click on the ‘+’ symbol.
2. Enter the name you want to give to that Dashboard, so you can easily identify it. Also add the number of category buttons you want, so you can simply modify them later. Category buttons allow you to add additional information about each cut.
3. Now you can start creating your own buttons according to the type of analysis you want to do. You will see that there are different types of buttons, and each one performs different actions:
- Categories: Add main categories such as Attack, Defense, Transition, etc., with their respective subcategories. This allows you to add more detailed information about each action, i.e. you can add information about the action and its completion.
- Tags: Add specific tags such as Long Pass, Interception, Shot on Goal, etc. This button will not create a cut, but is used to add extra information, which you can then filter.
- Result: This button allows you to record the result of a play or action, such as a goal.
- Timer: Activates an internal stopwatch that can help you accurately mark the duration of actions or control specific times within the analysis (e.g., duration of possession or transition).
- Card: Allows you to record yellow or red cards shown during the match, associating them with a specific player or moment. This information is recorded as part of the analysis and will give you an overview of the match when you access the statistics.
